Currently, these apps are virtually the same. However, as we move forward, more features will soon become unique to the “TE for Education” app. There will be no in-app purchases and you will always receive free feature updates.
We accept checks, credit/debit cards, and purchase orders. Once we receive a PO number, we will activate your account on or after July 15th of each year.
Simply place your order online and we will generate an invoice for you within 24 hours. If you need a different payment arrangement, please contact us.
Yes, for “TE for Education” licenses. It should be understood that “TE for Education” is to be used only by Federal Tax Exempt 501(c)(3) organizations and you are required to provide your tax exempt number before the licenses are activated.
No problem! We allow you to defer payment for up to 30 days. If you require more time, just contact us.
Yes, send your requests to education@tonalenergy.com. We'll let you know when it's completed so you can proceed with your order.
The app is free to download, but you'll need individual licenses for each user ($6.99/year).
Once we receive your payment or purchase order, it takes 24 hours to activate your licenses.
Absolutely! Choose the “renew account” option on the order page. Your account is active for one year beginning on July 15th of each year.
Yes! Your licenses work for up to three different devices that are owned by the school or privately for the entire school year. Each licenses allows for any combination of an iOS, Android, Mac/Windows computer or a modern Chromebook.
